Delivery and Downloads

All products from Printacia are digital. Nothing is shipped and there are no delivery charges.

How you get your files

  • PayPal: your download links are available as soon as PayPal confirms the payment, normally within a minute. They are shown on the confirmation page and emailed to you.

  • Bank transfer, JazzCash and EasyPaisa: we check each payment before delivery, usually within a few hours and always within 24 hours. You can speed this up by sending the payment receipt on WhatsApp (+923333147714) with your order number.

Where to find your downloads again

Your files stay available in your account library, or through the "my downloads" link we email you if you checked out as a guest. For your security, a download link works for a short time; you can always generate a fresh one from your library or from your confirmation email. If you update a product you own, you can download the newer version at no extra charge.

Fair-use limits

To protect our products from abuse, we may limit how many times a file can be downloaded in a short period. Normal use, including downloading again on a new device, is not affected. If you hit a limit by mistake, contact us and we will reset it.

What you need

Most products are PDF files that open on any device with a free PDF reader. Some come as ZIP archives that need to be extracted first, and others need PowerPoint, Excel or similar software; this is stated on each product page. Please check the format and paper sizes before buying.

If something goes wrong

If you did not receive your files, a link does not work, or a file will not open, email admin@printacia.com or message us on WhatsApp. We will fix it quickly. See also our Refund Policy.
