Licence Policy

When you buy a product from Printacia you receive a licence to use it. You do not own the design or the copyright. This page explains what you may and may not do.

You may

• Print the product for personal, family and single-classroom use. You may print up to 10 copies of each purchased file.

• Use the digital file on your own devices.

• Adapt it for your own use, for example by writing on it or cutting it.

• Keep your own backup copy.

You may not

• Resell, share, give away, upload or distribute the files, in whole or in part, including on marketplaces, file-sharing sites, social media or messaging groups.

• Claim the design as your own, or remove our name or credits.

• Use the files, or any part of them, to create products for sale (printed or digital), unless you hold a commercial licence from us.

• Use the files to train, fine-tune or test artificial-intelligence or machine-learning systems.

• Use one purchase for a whole school, organisation or tutoring business. Separate licences are available for institutions: please ask.

Commercial and school licences

If you want to use a product beyond the limits above, such as for a school, a tutoring centre or for products you sell, email admin@printacia.com and we will arrange a suitable licence.

If the licence is breached

If these terms are broken, your licence ends and you must delete the files. We may also take steps to stop the unauthorised use, and refunds are not available for breaches. Custom work is licensed as set out in its written quote.
